Researchers from Western Sydney University are conducting a research study to explore the oral health experiences of adolescents who have experienced an inpatient mental health admission in the last 3 years as well as the experiences of their parents/carers.
This study involves participating in a one-on-one interview (face-to-face, online, or phone) to discuss and explore your experiences regarding your child’s oral health, including oral health practices, whilst in the hospital. Participation is voluntary and you will be reimbursed for your time and effort. The information you provide will assist in developing oral health-promoting strategies that can improve the oral health of adolescents with mental illness. A $30 digital gift card will be provided for your time and effort in the interview.
