Course login form

Each course created will require a separate login form

• Go to WP Forms: Add new
  
• Drop in a single line text field and password field from the left side bar
  
  Choose *Required for both fields
  
  
  Go to Settings: Confirmations
  Confirmation type: Go to URL
  Redirect URL: paste 'Course page' URL
  
  Note the shortcode for this form to paste in 'Course login page'
